📦 Returns & Exchanges
- Made-to-Order Products: All items are custom printed and fulfilled by our manufacturers. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, change of mind).
- Size & Fit Issues: Please refer to our detailed size guides before placing your order as we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help before you buy.
❌ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include photos of the issue and your order number.
- We’ll work with our manufacturers to offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
📬 Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window:
- Check your tracking information first.
- If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll investigate with our manufacturers and the shipping carrier.
